Римляни 5:10 Защото, ако бяхме помирени с Бога чрез смъртта на Неговия Син, докато бяхме още врагове, колко повече ще се спасим чрез Неговия живот, сега, когато сме помирени.

И какво следователно ни направи врагове на Бог? Дали това е непокорството, с което Исус се би до кръста?

Филипяни 2:8 Той се смири и стана послушен до смърт, дори смърт на кръст.

Вероятно не, защото Исус ни казва, че всеки грях може да бъде простен. Освен един. Грехът срещу Светия Дух.

Матей 12:31 Всеки грях или богохулство може да бъде простено - освен богохулството срещу Светия Дух. За това няма прошка.

Което кара човек да попита: Какво е богохулство срещу Светия Дух? Лично аз вярвам, че Исус обяснява това най-добре в Проповедта на планината в любовта към враговете:

Матей 5:43 Чували сте, че е казано: „Обичай ближния си“ и мрази врага си.[5] 44 Но Аз ви казвам: обичайте враговете си и се молете за онези, които ви гонят, [6] 45 за да бъдете деца на вашия Отец, който е на небесата. Защото той кара слънцето си да изгрява над злите и над добрите и изпраща дъжд на праведните и на неправедните. 46 Защото, ако обичате онези, които ви обичат, каква награда ще имате? Не правят ли и бирниците същото? 47 И ако си добър само към братята си, какво специално правиш? Не правят ли езичниците същото? 48 Затова ще бъдете съвършени, както е съвършен вашият Отец, който е на небесата.

Което означава, че цялата истина всъщност се съдържа в единствената заповед:

Галатяни 5:14 Защото целият закон се изпълнява в една дума: „Обичай ближния си като себе си“.

Feinde Gottes?

Es ist überraschend, liebe Freunde, wenn wir im Römerbrief im Kapitel 5 im Vers 10 lesen, dass wir Feinde Gottes gewesen sind. Weil wir uns fragen könnten: Was eigentlich ist ein Feind? Oder: Hat Gott nicht einen jeden Einzelnen von uns gemacht?

Römer 5,10 Denn wenn wir mit Gott versöhnt worden sind durch den Tod seines Sohnes, als wir noch Feinde waren, um wie viel mehr werden wir selig werden durch sein Leben, nachdem wir nun versöhnt sind.

Und was hat uns daher zu Feinden Gottes gemacht? Ist es der Ungehorsam, den Jesus bekämpfte bis zum Kreuz?

Phil 2,8 Er erniedrigte sich selbst und ward gehorsam bis zum Tode, ja zum Tode am Kreuz.

Wohl nicht, weil uns Jesus erklärt, dass eine jede Sünde vergeben werden kann. Bis auf eine. Die Sünde gegen den Heiligen Geist.

Mt 12,31 Jede Sünde oder Gotteslästerung kann vergeben werden – bis auf die Lästerung gegen den Heiligen Geist. Dafür gibt es keine Vergebung.

Womit man sich fragen kann: Was ist die Lästerung gegen den Heiligen Geist. Ich persönlich glaube, dass Jesus dies in der Bergpredigt in der Feindesliebe am Besten erklärt:

Mt 5,43 Ihr habt gehört, dass gesagt ist: »Du sollst deinen Nächsten lieben« und deinen Feind hassen.[5] 44 Ich aber sage euch: Liebt eure Feinde und bittet für die, die euch verfolgen,[6] 45 auf dass ihr Kinder seid eures Vaters im Himmel. Denn er lässt seine Sonne aufgehen über Böse und Gute und lässt regnen über Gerechte und Ungerechte. 46 Denn wenn ihr liebt, die euch lieben, was werdet ihr für Lohn haben? Tun nicht dasselbe auch die Zöllner? 47 Und wenn ihr nur zu euren Brüdern freundlich seid, was tut ihr Besonderes? Tun nicht dasselbe auch die Heiden? 48 Darum sollt ihr vollkommen sein, wie euer himmlischer Vater vollkommen ist.

Womit wohl tatsächlich im einzigen Gebot die gesamte Wahrheit steckt:

Gal 5,14 Denn das ganze Gesetz ist in dem einen Wort erfüllt: »Liebe deinen Nächsten wie dich selbst!«

Glaubst Du nicht?

Enemies of God?

It is surprising, dear friends, when we read in verse 10 of Romans chapter 5 that we have been enemies of God. Because we might ask ourselves: What exactly is an enemy? Or: Didn't God make each and every one of us?

Romans 5:10 For if we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, while we were yet enemies, how much more shall we be saved through his life, now that we have been reconciled.

And what has therefore made us enemies of God? Is it the disobedience that Jesus fought to the cross?

Philippians 2:8 He humbled himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of a cross.

Probably not, because Jesus tells us that every sin can be forgiven. Except one. The sin against the Holy Spirit.

Matthew 12:31 Every sin or blasphemy can be forgiven - except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. There is no forgiveness for this.

Which leads one to ask: What is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit? Personally, I believe that Jesus explains this best in the Sermon on the Mount in the love of enemies:

Matthew 5:43 You have heard that it was said, “You shall love your neighbor” and hate your enemy.[5] 44 But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,[6] 45 so that you may be children of your Father in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward will you have? Don't the tax collectors do the same? 47 And if you are kind only to your brothers, what special do you do? Do not the Gentiles do the same? 48 Therefore you shall be perfect, as your Father who is in heaven is perfect.

Which means that the entire truth is actually contained in the only commandment:

Galatians 5:14 For the whole law is fulfilled in one word: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
