Изненадващо е, скъпи приятели, когато виждаме краткия отговор на Исус на обвинението в нарушаване на закона от страна на фарисеите в глава 2 на Марк 2 в стихове 23 до 28. Защото им показва, че за него явно важат съвсем други закони.

Марк 2:23 И стана така, че той минаваше през житните полета в съботния ден и учениците му започнаха да късат класове, докато вървяха. 24 А фарисеите Му казаха: Виж! Защо вашите ученици правят това, което не е позволено в събота? 25 И той им каза: Никога ли не сте чели какво направи Давид, когато имаше нужда и беше гладен, както той, така и онези, които бяха с него: 26 Как влезе в Божия дом в дните на Авиатар високопоставен свещеник, и яде хлябовете предложения, които не беше позволено да яде никой освен свещениците, и ги даде също и на тези, които бяха с него? 27 И той им каза: Съботата е направена за човека, а не човекът за съботата. 28 Така Човешкият Син е господар и на съботата. 

В същото време обаче той заявява, че не е дошъл да отмени закона или да го промени, а да го изпълни.

Матей 5:17 Не мислете, че съм дошъл да разруша закона или пророците; Не съм дошъл да разтварям, а да изпълня.

Само дето Исус разбира закона съвсем различно. Като насока за благотворителност.

Матей 22:36 Учителю, коя е най-голямата заповед в закона? 37 Но Исус му каза: „Да възлюбиш Господа, своя Бог, с цялото си сърце, с цялата си душа и с целия си ум.“  38 Това е първата и най-голяма заповед. 39 Но другото нещо е такова: „Да обичаш ближния си като себе си.” 40 В тези две заповеди виси целият закон и пророците. 

По тези две точки той смята всички закони за изпълнени. Какво обаче е ясно:

Исус не може да се занимава със Стария закон на Мойсей. Става въпрос за закона за Божието царство, който вече беше обявен в Стария завет.

Das Grundgesetz heißt Nächstenliebe!

Es ist überraschend, liebe Freunde, wenn wir im Markusevangelium im Kapitel 2 in den Versen 23 bis 28 Jesus lapidare Antwort auf den Vorwurf des Gesetzesbruchs durch die Pharisäer reagiert. Weil er diesen damit zeigt, dass für ihn offenbar ganz andere Gesetze gelten.

Markus 2, 23 Und es begab sich, dass er am Sabbat durch die Kornfelder ging, und seine Jünger fingen an, während sie gingen, Ähren auszuraufen. 24 Und die Pharisäer sprachen zu ihm: Sieh doch! Warum tun deine Jünger am Sabbat, was nicht erlaubt ist? 25 Und er sprach zu ihnen: Habt ihr nie gelesen, was David tat, da er Mangel hatte und ihn hungerte, ihn und die bei ihm waren: 26 wie er ging in das Haus Gottes zur Zeit des Hohenpriesters Abjatar und aß die Schaubrote, die niemand essen darf als die Priester, und gab sie auch denen, die bei ihm waren? 27 Und er sprach vzu ihnen: Der Sabbat ist um des Menschen willen gemacht und nicht der Mensch um des Sabbats willen. 28 So ist der Menschensohn Herr auch über den Sabbat. 

Während dem er allerdings gleichzeitig erklärt, nicht gekommen zu sein, um das Gesetz außer Kraft zu setzen, oder es zu verändern, sondern um es zu erfüllen.

Mt 5,17 Ihr sollt nicht meinen, dass ich gekommen bin, das Gesetz oder die Propheten aufzulösen; ich bin nicht gekommen aufzulösen, sondern zu erfüllen.

Nur das Jesus das Gesetz vollkommen anders versteht. Als Richtlinie zur Nächstenliebe.

Matthäus 22,36 Meister, welches ist das höchste Gebot im Gesetz? 37 Jesus aber sprach zu ihm: »Du sollst den Herrn, deinen Gott, lieben von ganzem Herzen, von ganzer Seele und von ganzem Gemüt[2]« 38 Dies ist das höchste und erste Gebot. 39 Das andere aber ist dem gleich: »Du sollst deinen Nächsten lieben wie dich selbst« 40 In diesen beiden Geboten hängt das ganze Gesetz und die Propheten. 

In diesen beiden Punkten erachtet er sämtliche Gesetze als erfüllt. Womit allerdings klar ist:

Es kann Jesus nicht um das Alte Gesetz des Mose gehen. Es geht um das Gesetz für das bereits im Alten Testament angekündigte Reich Gottes.

The basic law is charity!

It is surprising, dear friends, when we see Jesus' succinct response to the accusation of breaking the law by the Pharisees in chapter 2 of Mark 2 in verses 23 to 28. Because he shows them that completely different laws obviously apply to him.

Mark 2:23 And it came to pass that he was passing through the cornfields on the sabbath day, and his disciples began to pluck up ears of grain as they went. 24 And the Pharisees said to him, “Look! Why do your disciples do what is not lawful on the Sabbath? 25 And he said unto them, Have you never read what David did, when he had want, and he was hungry, both he and those that were with him: 26 How he went into the house of God in the days of Abiathar the high priest, and ate the shewbread which no one was allowed to eat except the priests, and gave them also to those who were with him? 27 And he said to them, The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath. 28 So the Son of Man is Lord also of the Sabbath. 

At the same time, however, he declares that he has not come to abolish the law or change it, but to fulfill it.

Matthew 5:17 Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets; I have not come to dissolve, but to fulfill.

Except that Jesus understands the law completely differently. As a guideline for charity.

Matthew 22:36 Master, what is the greatest commandment in the law? 37 But Jesus said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.” 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 But the other thing is like this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”40 In these two commandments hang the whole law and the prophets. 

On these two points he considers all laws to be fulfilled. What is clear, however:

Jesus cannot be concerned with the Old Law of Moses. It's about the law for the kingdom of God that was already announced in the Old Testament.
